    老年人心态掌握"一二三四五"

        为了使退休生活更健康,更快乐,老年人必须摆正心态,建议不妨试一试“一二三四五”五个小守则: 
        一是指以健康为中心.
        二是指办事要灵活点儿和生活要潇洒点儿.
        在生活中,老年人不要为一点尔小事而斤斤计较,也不要太固执.另外,老年人一辈子没享受到什么,因此,到了晚年就不要太节俭,要该吃就吃,该喝就喝,该玩就玩.
        三是指三个忘掉,即忘掉年龄,忘掉疾病,忘掉恩怨.
        有些人一上了年纪,就认为如同天之黄昏,秋之枫叶,自觉或不自觉地陷入年龄误区而不能自拔.同时,老年人还要忘掉恩怨.不要经常惦记着生活中星星点点的不愉快.例如,儿媳给老人一个眼色,老人就总想是不是又嫌弃自己了,常因此而不开心;
        四是指四个拥有,即拥有一个老伴,拥有一个老窝,拥有一个老家底,拥有一个老友.
        有个老伴,可以说话解闷.有个老窝,心里踏实.有个老家底,可以"财大气粗".有个老友,可以解除寂寞和孤独.
        五是指五个要素,即要笑,要俏,要跳,要唠,要掉.
        要笑,指老年人要笑口常开.要俏,指老年人也要打扮.要跳,指老年人要多运动.要唠,指老年人要把心中的苦闷说出来.要掉,指要扔掉"老家儿'的身份,不要摆架子.很多乐观的老年人都很长寿,而且乐观的老年人即使患了疾病也能够用良好的心态来抵御它.因此,老年人要记住,只要心态放开了,生活才能快乐,身体才能健康.  ( 摘自《大中华健康网》)
