    少一点和多一点

    少喝酒，多喝水。
    少吃鱼肉，多吃水果和蔬菜。
    少说话，多写字。
    少坐飞机、汽车，多走路、跑步。
    少吃药，多锻炼。
    少看报纸、杂志和电视，多看历史和经书。
    少用手机，多写信。
    少在城里呆，多在乡下住。
    少开会，多睡觉。
    少说空话、套话，多说真话和实话。
    少认识新朋友，多来往老朋友。
    少请客应酬，多家人团聚。
    少穿新衣、新鞋子，多用旧衣和旧鞋子。
    少一些热闹，多一些清闲。
